Is something wrong with my clit?

I'm 13 and was masterbating with a gf (we just watch, no touching).  I noticed that just before she had an orgasm her clit popped out of its hood.  My clit gets hard and a little bigger but my clit hood covers it completely, even when I'm turned on.  Is that normal?

discoloured labia minora?

Compared to my outer labia, my inner labia are a much darker, sort of brown colour, they are also much longer than my majora :\ Is there anything i can do to make them the same colour as my outer labia, minus surgery? I hate them, and wouldn't be suprised if guys were put off by them ):

Ok my mom has had her tubes tied for 16 years. And she has a new BF sooooooooooo......go figure. What are the chances of her getting pregnant if she has sex with this guy. She is 36 years old!!! I don't know if that helps or anything. So can someone give me some answers?
