She needs to keep the area clean and put cold compresses on it! IF it is itchy she might have either an allergic reaction to the condom - PLEASE tell me you used a condom?! - or that she is getting her first Yeast infection! But I just think t's plain irrritation and kind of like rug burn - for the lack of a better word! Tell her to spray cold water from the shower head on the area! Good luck and health
