Ideal ferritin levels for women

I had a ferritin blood test done. I am still waiting for results I am on iron therpay, so this is the way that they are monitoring me. Anyway I would like to know what the ideal ferritin level is for woman. Last time it was low I think 20 ng/ml.

I've only had one sexual partner and haven't been with them for atleast 5 months, i have recently noticed i have a white spot/lump on my vaginal lip and since i have had this spot ive had alot of whiteish discharge, also the spot is very sore especially when sitting down. Should i worry or not?
