Are these normal side effects of a novasure ablation? My back, legs and belly really hurt

I had one about 2 weeks ago and today I started cramping and bleeding is that normal my belly really hurts. And what makes it worse is that I seldom had cramps before. My back legs and belly really hurt though. I feel tired just exhausted what do I do any advice?
