Im a 25 years old female. I have a lump that is the size of pee in width. It has no discoloration nor any kind of head. Its right where my pubes are in the middle and i do not shave. Earlier it looked kind of like there was a ingrown but since then have Not notice any bothered hairs were there.  Theres no pain unless i try to pop it, which seems impossible. Im quite worried and do not have any money to have this looked at because ive previously been to the docs to try an find out about another symptom ive been having before and still have. I think it might be related to this bump so ill mention it also. Ive been having sharp pains in both sides of where i guess my ovaries are at random times. They dont put me on the growned most if the time but just recently befor this bump i sneezed and when i did i felt extreme pain all at once for only a minute that left me crying but only felt it when i sneezed or coughed or if it use the muscle around that side of ovaries. I can currently cough and sneeze and sit up or down without it triggering any pain but still get pain on both sides  at random. Ive been to docs for the pain already which is why im broke for all kinds of tests and these tests were about 2 months before the lump and the sneezing problem... Im expecting the worst..
