How can i insert tampons with a small hole

 Hey everyone so i recently discovered that i have a septate hymen. So i have two smaller holes than one big hole and it is giving me a hard time with tampons. I can get it in but it is an endless pain to get it out. My question is should i stop using tampons or is there any other way to do it
