Hey everyone so i recently discovered that i have a septate hymen. So i have two smaller holes than one big hole and it is giving me a hard time with tampons. I can get it in but it is an endless pain to get it out. My question is should i stop using tampons or is there any other way to do it

Why not talk to your health care provider about having the simple surgical procedure to remove the extra band of tissue? The surgery would create a normal sized hymen opening.
