I had one ovary and fallopian tubes removed by surgery and now during cycle I'm having cramps

I had surgery 4 months ago. had a large cyst, 1 ovary, Fallopian tube removed. every month during my menstrual  cycle I have terrible cramps, heavy bleeding with small clots, and really bad odor. I'm  worried if It could be an infection from the surgery.
