I'm really scared

I get small spots on the top of my vagina, I do shave and they do tend to go away, but inside my vagina I have two very red patches, with lots of white spots and it can get really sore and bleed. I don't know what it is, please help me. I am sexually active, but haven't been for about 4 months.

So on the top part of my vagina, I have a few bumps (about 8). They look like pimples and they itch. Sometimes they are red. I went back and forth from waxing my vagina to shaving and I have had unprotected sex about two times in total.
