Hi. So recently I thought I got a cut on the lower part of my vagina from intercourse. Then started to notice I got a rash near my anus and now I have this white milky discharge. The 'rash' hurts so much and it started to go up to the cut. It's been there for a couple of days.
May any one tell what this may be?

You probably have an episode of vaginal infection - possibly yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Suggest you visit a doctor and be examined properly. He/she will recommend medication which needs to be followed by both of you. Meanwhile do not indulge in douching, you will make it even worse. Good luck
