I get small spots on the top of my vagina, I do shave and they do tend to go away, but inside my vagina I have two very red patches, with lots of white spots and it can get really sore and bleed. I don't know what it is, please help me. I am sexually active, but haven't been for about 4 months.

Maybe herpes?? If you are afraid of your regular doctor knowing, try calling Planned Parenthood...they will be discrete no matter what age you are.
