Left vagina lip is swollen, cold compress didn't help

Me and my baby had sex last night and now my left vigina lip is swollen . I looked up what to do and I've been putting a cold compress on it since last night and all day today . I even tried taking an ice cold bath . nothing worked . its still swollen . of my mom finds out she's gonna kill me
