#1. Since January my vagina and clitoris has been itchy and burny. after a few weeks I told my mom. She told me it was a yeast infection. I know it was cause I looked down there with a mirror, and it was looking like a yeast infection. It seemed to go away after I stopped eating alot of sugar, and breads, and pastas. But then it came back. I have been looking at my clit in a mirror in my bedroom to check my process, and I had noticed a rip and half my clit was enlarged/irritated. The rip and the irritation kinda went away for a while, but then it started back up again a couple of days ago. I'm afraid to tell my mom, and I don't know why. But, is there anything I can do to help the symtoms go away.
#2. I am NOT sexually active, but on occasion I masturbate. But I'm trying to stop.
#3. Since April 13th or so I started eating alot of sugars again, could that cause the pain.

#1- If you have a Gyn, or even a General Dr, call the office and explain your symptoms to the nurse. They will most likely recommend you come into the office for an appt.
If you are desperate for some relief, I would say go to the drugstore & purchase one of the yeast infection kits that contain the anti-itch cream. It does sound like a yeast infection, and some are too stubborn to tame by diet alone.
#2- First- forget that you need to stop masturbating. Masturbation is the first way we expolre ourselves sexually, and most women find the best pleasure & satisfaction they ever get is from theirselves. Masturbation is good, safe, and healthy. Masturbation might cause a minimal amount of irritation, but unless it is extremely intense & very often, it would not cause the symptoms you have described.
#3- Again, sugars in your diet might have aggravated it in the beginning, but you need to try a new route now.
