pimple on the inside of my privates on the left side of the lip

I have just discovered that I have a pimple on the inside of my vsgina lip it doesnt cause me any discomfort when im walking or anything and only a mild discomfort when I wipe after I urinae im not sexually active but have been feeling very run down lately could this be the cause of it ?

i started my menstraul cycle on june 16 and it started out light then it got heavy but not as heavy as usual then it stopped on the 20. then i wake up today which is the 22 and noticed some bleeding is this sign of pregnancy? me and my hubby did it on thursday night
