The dr found a possible cyst on my left ovary

I went for my regular Pap smear/pelvic exam. The dr found a possible cyst on my left ovary, and a midline mass on my cervix. A vaginal ultrasound was done, I'm waiting on results. I could tell my right ovary was measuring almost 3 times as large as my left. Any ideas on the cervical mass?
