i am a 14 years old and i sweat a lot and this sweat leads to odour which is really embarassing.i bathe everyday but just 2or 3 hours after my bath the odour starts coming and i do use deodrants but find none of them useful. what may be the reasons and how to get rid of it.. ???? :'(:'(

When the heat is on or emotions are high, sweating can be a problem and a source of embarrassment.

If you think you sweat too much, you can ask your doctor whether your sweating is normal. If it's due to some underlying cause, such as a medical condition or drug side effect, that can be corrected or changed,

Apply deodorants at the best time- Most of these will work best at night. The active ingredient has to go down into the sweat duct and clog it. If you apply it in the morning, when sweat volume is typically higher, it washes off.

Save your skin- Applying deodorant at night also reduces the chance of skin irritations, , and will keep you using it more faithfully. when you sweat at school or where ever you are at-tote along deodorant or antiperspirants. Reapply them in the middle of the day or before a stressful activity.

Dress in layers year-round- Women like you could wear an absorbent camisole top or dress shields. Choose clothing in looser weaves- The tighter the weaver, the hotter the clothes, Instead, choose clothes with a looser weave, such as linens. Silk is a fabric to avoid, she says, because it makes you feel hotter.

you can use a handkerchief so you can wipe off sweat and not with ur hands.

Become a label reader-Look for clothing labels that say the fabric is the type that wicks away moisture, or find something with cotton in it. also pick ur clothes wisely. dnt wear white clothing, sweat can show.

Buy ''breathable" shoes- That will reduce sweat, and it's important especially if your feet are generally sweaty, dnt wear cloths so tight that  you cant take deep breathes in because you dnt want the shirt to rip apart.

dnt wear hats, keep ur head cool just like ur feet. you can use foot powder or regular baby powder if ur feet sweat badly.

you can use baby wipes when u dnt think you smell fresh,trust me they r ur best friend its like a towel on the go. you can use it anywhere on ur body. also carry an extra shirt with you if u can see sweat stains.

any ths is how u deal with sweating. you can be sweaty for a number of reasons like you are stressed,,anxious,etc.

this should help you with ur problem. i hope this solves it bcus this is how i was a few years ago,i use to sweat ALOT when it was hot or when i was nervous. and i did most of these things and now i got it under control.
