Tubes are tied but having pink spotting with side pains

My tubes have been tied for a long time now and my period just ended three days ago. Now i have pink spotting and pain on my left side. What could this be?

Three years after a hysterectomy, will you experience some brown discharge either after sexual intercourse or when the ovaries release eggs? I have had sore hips and wonder if this is connected to when the ovaries release eggs? Or, after intercourse, could you have some brown discharge? Thank you
