I went to use the bathroom at work and after urinating I wiped myself and felt a very small bump on the lip of my vagina, when i wear pants it has this slight warm sensation and theres no discharge but there is a slight itch like im dry, I have however been urinating alot but theres no odor or discoloration. Am i paranoid or is there something really wrong with me? Help please.
