I had unprotected sex last friday. few days later i delevloped white milky discharge. i have beta strep which sometimes causes redness. i am taking anibiotics for that. then it seemed to get thikcer, nore like a yeast infection so last night did an over the counter monistat 1 day. now my vagina is not only red, but more burning and is getting imflammed. do i have an std ? what can do do to get the inflammation down and redness. take another monistat? the doctor is close for the long holiday weekend.
