18 mths after ablation and no periods, now bleeding even tho scan shows no endometrium. Scared!!

Has anyone else ever experienced this as I am very worried after a vaginal scan showed no signs that my endometrium had grown back, but the hospital wouldn't tell me anything else and I am waiting on my doctor to call me in for the results. so i get yeast infections all the time like Ive had them sense i was maybe 16 i take pills for them but as soon as it goes away and the pills r gone it just comes back within a week or so so idk was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if so what should i do?
