You need to make an appoinment with a doctor ( a gynocologist would be best ) and if you dont have one get your family doctor to refer you to one. When I was younger my periods were irregular, i only got it every 4 months .... they put me on the pill ( even though i wasnt sexualy active ) to regulate them and that worked. But after a while my menstral cramps would be really bad and my flow was very heavy, at first i just thought that was normal, untill i started having sex, sometimes it would be painful in the abdomen are or i would bleed afterwards. About a year ago I was diagnosed with Endometriosis, now i am not saying that you also have the same thing ... But i would get it looked at very soon.. How old are you and how long have you been getting your period???
