condom with largest base?

hi, what brand/type of condom has the largest base? fourseasons do a large one with 59/60mm nominal width which is great but they arent quite as good in quality as the more reputable brands and they dont put much lube on the condom... adding additional lube is a bit of a hassle... tried magnums...
