After being treated for chlamydia twice, would I still have this disease.

I had taken the one dose to get rid of chlamydia, and I had taken pills twice a day for 7 days as well. It has been at least 2 weeks since I had taken the medication. I had PID and still have minor pains.  My partner gave me oral sex. Should I be worried?
