Usually a little before or during my period I will get bumps on my vaginal area. Sometimes they are pus or bleed, sometimes itch . I have never had sex and I dont kno what this is . Is it an STD and how could I have gotten it ?

I just found out that my girlfriend has Chlamydia; and therefore know I have it now. I thought I was clean due to my last partner getting tested and came back clean. I’m sure this was my stupidity thinking I was ok. I noticed having a discharge, but thought it was old dead seaman coming out....
