small cut on finger can i get herpes?

Can you get herpes through a small cut(hangnail) if you finger her when she is does not have open sores?i just noticed i had a small cut after i finished being inside her with my fingers.I cleaned it when i found it but it was about half hour later.Should i be concerned?
