ok so i had unprotected sex on tuesday. discovered the person had chlamydia. today i took the anti biotics ... is 2 days too soon to take the tablets to clear the infection??

I got told today i have gonorrhea and was given 2 tablets, but i was only tested in my vigina. If i have gonorrhea somewher else, like my mouth or rectum, would the tablets also clear this up, because i have been gettin pains when passing feaces and also discharge from there. but i forgot to mention...

I have 5-6 tiny red dots on penis, no itching, doesn't hurt, no discharge, and didn't have unprotected sex. I did receive brief oral sex 2 nights ago. And the dots popped up this morning. I did have sex with a condom as well last night. I am also uncircumcised. What are these?
