Little holes on my inner thigh

This started a month or too ago... Along with having puss filled enormous bumps on my inner thighs, i have '•' sized holes filled with pus. It looks like there is a hole that has something black in it but once you squeeze it, white stuff comes out too. How do I get rid of all this?

Oral Lichen Planus for 4 years

I have had oral lichen planus now for 4 years. On Prednisone 10 mg and Mycophenolate 2 grams daily. This keeps it in check but it's still on dorsum of tongue. It is livable with but I'd love to get off the meds. Any suggestions? Thank you.
