Is shingles contagious? There is a co-worker in the office with shingles. He was in yesterday and was clearly suffering. He says shingles isn't contagious, he had a hat on to cover the rash. I've checked some web sites but can't seem to get a definitive answer.

Cold Sweaty Forehead

For the past couple of weeks I would develop a cold, clammy, sweaty forehead after meals. In the last two days it has become almost all day. I have a normal appetite and work out three to four times a week and pretty healthy. Does anyone have a clue on this?

I have Neurofibromatosis.. I have one lump by my eye and some by my chin.. Mostly it's contained to my back and stomach..
