Pimple like bumps behind ears and on the back of neck?

Pimple like bumps on scalp usually behind ears and neck on scalp that flare up and are painful. If I try to squeeze like a pimple I don't see anything come out but a clear liquid at times. It looks kinda like an ulcer and is noticeable for several days.

Oral Lichen Planus for 4 years

I have had oral lichen planus now for 4 years. On Prednisone 10 mg and Mycophenolate 2 grams daily. This keeps it in check but it's still on dorsum of tongue. It is livable with but I'd love to get off the meds. Any suggestions? Thank you.
