Marble sized knot on my toe

I seem to have this little knot under my second toe. I noticed it when I went running last week. It hurts but only when my shoes are tied too tightly. It's a darker color then my skin, and there is no puncture marks or any other marks.

Lump on lower back

I have a lump on my lower back. It started as a slight pain on my tailbone but developed into a lump the next day, it has continued to grow everyday since then and is now the size of a golf ball. It is very painful and red and is also slightly itchy.
