Does pain in the testis is because of semen coagulation?

I am facing a problem with my testicles.They starts paining after 2-3 days regularly.In this case I used to masturbate and ejaculate the semen stored in.So the pain is geting stopped.But after 2-3 days again my testicles starts paining after accumulation of fresh semen. 

Does anyone have experienced such problem?

Can anybody explain is it because of accumulation of semen only or else?

Any solution please?
