A few days ago I noticed my shoulder was very tender to the touch and I found a small lump on my shoulder blade it does not move and the lump itself is hard and the muscle around it is what hurts not the actual lump. I have a lump on my right side just below my ribs ? It is not painfull it's very annoying . I can't sit up straight for long it feels like it is folding in half when i bend over for a while . i feel like my stomach is larger and very firm .
