Hi everyone I'm an 18 year old male I've a lump the size of a jelly bean, just at the top of my butt crack, it moves if I touch it as in it's not in a fixed position I read it could be a pilonidal cyst, but it doesn't look like a peomple, it doesn't hurt and it doesn't look like it has puss in it, it's skin color. My auntie is an Osteopathic doctor she said it could be inflamation in the muscles or something like that. I'm really worried and stessed out about this I'm seeing the doctor this week. Does anyone know what it could possibly be? Thank you in advance.
