To my horror I discovered that a mole that I have had for a while now has started to bleed. I went tanning an awful lot in my younger years and I am now scared to death that I might have a melanoma. Bump on my upper lip

I have a bump on my upper lip that didn't start hurting until I kept picking with it. I never kissed anyone and I'm never did anything with anyone so I don't know what it is and I'm scared out of my mind. And I also have bumps down there but again I have never been sexually active and I'm only 14.
