a hurtful itch in vein on finger followed by lump

Freaky, just get this hurtful itch on finger and its a vein that usually burst and a bruise follows but this time no bruise just a lump sits there and it doesn't hurt.  I used to get this on my legs when I was going through menopause and my doc couldn't figure it out but nothing ever came of it....

Red painful spots the day after drinking

It seems that the day after I drink alcohol I get very painful(to the touch) sores under my armpits. They are a bright red color and they peel. They usually go away in a day. What the heck is going on?
