Consent Burning On Skin After Showering

So For Almost 6 Years or More Now I Have Unbelievable Burning/Itching On My Skin After My Shower.I Have No Idea What It Could Be. Ive Tryed Every Kind Of Skin Lotion I Could Possible Think Of. Does AnyOne Else Experience This? Have Anything I Could Try? please Help Me.

Dark Pigmented Spot Under Chin, it doesn't hurt

It looks like dirt, or its dirty under my bottom lip but i tried scrubbing and it doesn't go away its really dark, but when i put my lips into a thin line it gets lighter but you can still see it and theres no pain.
