On Monday I went to the beach and my swimming trunks net gave me a rash between my balls and thighs on both side. Today was really hot and I walked alot outside. When I got home to take a shower I found the rash with a white stinky substance on it. Help????

Had a odd rash appear on my stomach area over two years ago and is still present. It does not itch (very rarely) or is hardley raised. It will not go away and I cannont find a picture like it on the internet. I have been to a dermatologist once, with no luck. It does get more red after a hot shower.
