Terrible Rash after tanning

I am wondering if Meloxicam, Lisinopril/HCTZ, or Furosemide could cause this using a tanning bed I have never had a problem previously tanning but was not on any of these medications before either.

Hi, just a while ago the skin between my middle finger and right hand became really itchy. There are no rashes, no swellings and no bumps of any sort. I've tried putting lotion on it which doesn't help nor does itching it! This can be a real problem when writing something as it annoys me so much.
