Hi, i'm a 37yr old male and about 2 months ago developed a rash on my forehead (' corned beef' type spots under the skin) from above my eyebrows to my hairline. Strangely its central as both my left and right temple areas are completely clear, it is also runs in a line from 1 cheek across my nose to the other cheek. It is extremely inflammed, sometimes painful and after a week becomes less red and begins to flake. It never completely goes then 3-7 days later begins all over again!
I've changed and even stopped using facial washes, diet, laundry detergent etc but with no effect. I don't know if it's related but in the last month i have developed a 5" size cluster of red spots on the inside of my left forearm which are identical to the facial rash but never ease off and stay in the same cluster!!
I have not been taking any new medication to cause this and cannot leave the house as it looks awful, the last few days i have developed some of this spotty rash around my mouth and jaw! Please help as i have never had anything like this before and only had about 1 or 2 spots my whole teenage years!!
