peeling and redness on face

Ive always had some type of redness somewhere in my face. everytime the weather changes something comes up. I woke up this morning and my face, hands and feet are swollen and it is painful. I am not pregnant. I have had my hands and feet swollen before but never my face including my nose. Does anyone know what this could be from and if I should go to the hospital or drs.
