chafing/cracking no itching

I have what started on a very sweaty day. i work construction and got very irritated between my groin and thigh and have had this irritation before (chafing). it has lasted 3 weeks.every time i think it is healed i move the wrong way and the skin cracks. I have tried my ointments to heal the cracks....

Dry skin
