hello im a 23yr old female

who suffers from really bad itchy foot it only seem to happen at night when im in bed it drives me nuts its unbearable its on the sole of my food mainly and sometimes between my toes what can this be

please help so i can sleep :'(

ps i suffer from anemia i dont know if this has any connection
