Hello everyone, i have itching problems since 6 months now,i have taken many steriods prescribed by my doctor,during the course of medication i was all ok but after my course of medication my itching IS RETURNED WITH lots of RASHES on my thighs so pls help me!!!! I am a women agEING 45....

Bubbling skin on legs

Weird patch of bumps

I've had a small patch on my scrotum for years that consists of 3 rows of 3 little bumps with one on top my doctor told me it's a cyst, however it itches sometimes and I can pop the spot along with the little bumps it doesn't go away is there any other possibilitys it might be ???
