was told i had changes to rotator cuff and tingling down arm and hand and now my left hand is itchin

i have been having problems with hand itching and swollen ,since being told I had changes with my rotator cuff,the numbness and tingling down the arm is Very frustrating ans now with the itchy hand and swollen fingers ,what am i to do
