persistant lower back pain and stomache cramps

I have stomach cramps on left side, persistent lower back pain and constant urge to have a bowel movement. The pain is much worse when I sit down and sometimes back pain goes down to my groin area. Are those IBS symptoms, or perhaps prostitis?
