hi there i have pain in my shoulder and neck iv had this problem since last august and last week went and had an x-ray and they have came back normal,its getting me down they only thing that seems to help is when i have a hot shower, do you think it couldbe a traped nerve?

tingling sensation only in left arrm

the tingling lasts for a couple of minutes from the wrist to the shoulder. it occurs every one hour and then does down after a couple of minutes. it starts very mildly when u can just feel it andthen gets a little sharpwhen you feel llike scrathing it. it does not occur in the right arm at all....
