Trouble with sleeping after spine surgery. When I use pillow I have a lot of pain

I have had the same surgery as most of every one on here. Does anyone have trouble sleeping with a pillow. When I sleep with a pillow I wake up in more pain than when I don't use any pillow. I have tried all kinds of pillows. Does anyone have this issue or have any suggestions.

Lump on the top of spine, also I have a severe curve on spine

HI I’m a 16 year old girl and the other day my sister noticed that I had a severe curve at the top of my spine / back of my neck . I don’t know wether it’s fat or liquid behind it and I’m Breyer sure it’s not a cyst but couldn’t be sure ! Please any help or advice ?
