Lumbar puncture

Hi my nephew is 2 yrs old and he had a febrile seizure thn doctor advised for CSF test so he had been through lumbar puncture which lasts only 3 to 4 minutes but after that he had pain in his lower back and he is unable to stand although its been only one day but i am very much worried please help...

I am trying to find out if this doctor has any malpratice lawsuits. I have issues with L4-S1 and he said I need fusion L5-S1 and a flexrod L4-L5. I want to find out anything I can about him before I let him cut me. Anything will help. Also any responses about Spine Fusion would be good.
