ACDF on C6 but no collar order? How will I sleep without one?

Hi, I'm scheduled for surgery May 9th for herniated disc of C6 with a one level Fusion. I am told I will not need to use a caller after surgery. But I'm worried about moving my neck while I'm sleeping. Do I need to worry about how I move my neck while I'm sleeping.
