smelly burps, I think is odd because I did not drink any fizzy drinks

Today I was at a store and let out a burp almost as load as a car for a good 15 sec I took one sniff and all most thew up it smelled like old fish I think is odd because I did not drink any fizzy drinks or have and kind of tuna this has been going on for a wile now what's going on?

Constant burping after appendix surgery

I had appendix surgery about a year ago. After that i couldn't stop burping and today i constantly have the need to burp. Before i was never really burped. Anyways i feel nauseated after all the burping i do. What could be the problem? Anyway to solve it?
